1. So here we are, it’s 2008 and the word is spreading. Scientists have finally proven that we can change our DNA with Vitamins and Minerals! And by changing your DNA you change your life for the better. The University of Berkeley,California has been intensely researching this area of powerful Genetic Science for sometime, and studies have shown that when vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants are taken in the right amounts they can drastically affect a persons health in a positive way.

This is such a major breakthrough in scientific health. For years we have been told time and time again that we are victims of our genes and that if we are born with certain genetic markers that pre-dispose us to major diseases, such as arthritis, anti-immune disorders and others, that we will contract these diseases whether we want to or not. Now we know that we can take charge of our health and change our genes and alter our DNA and be healthy no matter what we were born with and Nutrigenomics is the key. The marriage of nutrition and genetic expression has given birth to Nutrigenomics, imagine all the Diseases that we suffer from and just to think that a good deal of these disorders can be reversed or even better prevented from ever occurring. Through Nutritional Customization, consuming a Health Supplement designed for your specific needs is the first step towards attaining and safe guarding your health.

Without health we have nothing! Those who have no time for health will have to sacrifice a great deal of time for illness.

  2. Great things are always simple, your perception, thoughts and feelings will affect how your dna will be read, and more deeply, will directly affect your health, if you believe that your healing and pose actions to support it, your body will heal itself and then some, if you believe that your dying, well guess what, your cells will execute that. 3. ‘My Hero.’ Richard Dawkins on Charles Darwin Interviewed by Paula Kirby Filmed at Cheltenham Science Festival, 4 June 2008 Richard Dawkins is one of Britain’s foremost scientists. A zoologist and fellow of New College, Oxford, he now holds the Charles Simonyi Chair for the Public Understanding of Science. He is the author of best selling books including The Selfish Gene, The Blind Watchmaker, The Extended Phenotype and most recently The God Delusion. He has presented television documentaries for Channel 4 including The Root of All Evil? and The Enemies of Reason. He is well known for his atheism and his forthright criticism of religious doctrine. In the forthcoming Channel 4 series Dawkins on Darwin he argues that Darwinism provides a more thrilling view of creation than any religion. The following clips were filmed in front of a live audience at Cheltenham Science Festival. Richard Dawkins provides a gripping insight into Darwin’s theory of evolution and all that it implies. Dawkins describes How neodarwinism explains the natural selection at molecular level by genetics and genes. 4. These days preventing aging is one of the hottest topics of discussion. You’ve seen the ads on TV for products that will help slow the aging process. Some of these have to do with cosmetics, while other focus on health foods that will keep you young. Aside from all of this, there is another technique that could help keep you young! This technique is to use binaural beats to repair damaged DNA!

The reality is that as your body uses energy, some parts of your cells are damaged in the process. As your cells regenerate, each consecutive cell is a little worse off than the previous one. Added to that theory is the idea that we simply have our aging programmed into our genes. Of course, these factors can be altered one way or another simply by how well we take care of ourselves, but ultimately, this is why you age.

The only thing we have to battle aging so far is to simply stay healthy. Exercise and a good diet are so helpful in keeping yourself in shape. This prevents your early demise and keeps you from getting heart disease, cancer, and any number of ailments due to outside forces. We can also invest in anti-oxidant type foods which help cut back on the damage caused by cell replication and energy burn. Green tea, fruits and vegetables and supplements are all very high in anti-oxidants.

What about this idea of binaural beats to help repair DNA? Sound like a strange concept, right? The truth is that using binaural beats is a viable weapon in the battle to keep your cells from aging. Some research has shown that Delta frequencies can stimulate your DNA and help them to recover. While sleep helps your body and cells to recover, sometimes sleep doesn’t give you the type of rest your body needs. Because of outside conditions, more often than not we have restless, stress plagued sleep sessions. That is where binaural beats can help.

The process of using binaural beats to help repair your DNA is quite simple. You simply put some headphones on and listen to some specific recordings. Promoters of these CDs claim that the recordings are of two frequencies that are pumped into each ear separately. The brain compensates by creating its own Delta wave that is perfectly between the two being taken in by the ears. The result is a healing wave that is transmitted throughout your body. The results are almost immediate, and can even be doubled if you listen while you sleep.

While there are a lot of ways to keep yourself from aging, it is good to know that using binaural beats can supplement your efforts. With very little work, you can help tune your body into a meditative, relaxing state of mind where your body’s cells will be able to regenerate. What an easy way for your cells to get the help they need!

    Epigenetics

Epigenetics is an emerging scientific field. Research focuses on the chemical changes that affect gene expression but do not alter the base sequence of DNA. These chemical changes include methylation, the addition of a methyl group to certain nitrogen bases. Researchers are studying these patterns of gene expression, which are passed on from parent to offspring. They are also studying how environmental factors can change the way in which genes are expressed. A growing body of evidence suggests that a wide variety of illnesses and behaviors may be linked to epigenetic mechanisms. These include various cancers, cognitive dysfunction, and autoimmune diseases. The environmental factors suspected of altering epigenetic processes include heavy metals, pesticides, tobacco smoke, and radioactivity.
